The “Time 2” Assessment program was launched in 2019, with three railroads inviting SLSI to their properties to
assess Safety Culture for a second time, documenting progress against goals set since their first Assessment.
The SLSI also documented the applicability of the Safety Culture Assessment process with commuter railroads.
