2. Devised an onboarding process and step-by-step checklist for
media sales, events, and Total Solutions clients. Publications
3. Generated a Salesforce property and product request/implementa- won
tion workflow and new property form.
4. Assessed and cleaned up product names in Salesforce and product 1
details on the media kits.
5. Updated our sponsored eblast production process to minimize the Podcast launched
time spent creating these emails.
6. Implemented the consistent use of specific (and some new) fields
in Salesforce to document portions of the ad collection process.
